Beaufort Advisors to Present at 2009 FDA Seminar in Copenhagen
Norfolk, VA - Representatives of Norfolk-based Beaufort Advisors LLC, a full service contract research organization (CRO), will be presenting at the fall 2009 FDA Seminar in Copenhagen, Denmark along with prominent speakers from the FDA Office of In Vitro Diagnostics (OIVD). The seminar, sponsored by the Royal Danish Embassy, will be held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Copenhagen on November 3 & 4, 2009.
The 2009 presentation marks Beaufort’s fifth year of active participation in the Seminar, which focuses on educating industry participants regarding US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) priority issues, compliance, and submission requirements. The topics in this year’s FDA Seminar are focused on Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostics
Beaufort and the Danish Embassy have collaborated with the FDA CBER, CDER, CDRH (including OIVD), Office of Pediatric Therapeutics, and Office of Orphan Products Development on minimizing the risk of incomplete submissions, facilitating work load enhancements and bringing useful and safe new products to market. This seminar is widely recognized by industry participants and other stakeholders, and has enjoyed high praise from those attending the program in years past.
